Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Business listing facts — company names, business addresses, business phone numbers, websites, categories, memberships and published sourcing terms, compiled from public sources. This is business information, not consumer profiling.
- Claim and correction submissions — the work email and message you submit, used solely to process your request.
- Basic server logs — standard access logs for security and aggregate traffic statistics. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics that profile individuals, no sale of personal data.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; we never see or store card details. Dodo's privacy policy governs payment data.
If we email a listed business about its listing, every message includes a working one-click unsubscribe; opt-outs are honored immediately and kept on a permanent suppression list. We email business addresses about their own listings only — never marketing lists.
Your rights
Listed companies can correct or remove their facts free via the correction page. For any privacy request (access, deletion, objection), email listings@ussupplierindex.com — we respond within 30 days. EU/UK visitors: the lawful basis for listing public business facts is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object at any time via the same address.
