1. What this site is

US Supplier Index ("the Service") is an informational directory of facts about US manufacturers, suppliers and contract packagers, compiled from public sources. The Service provides information only. It is not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.

2. No warranties; no guaranteed outcomes

Facts are compiled from public sources and re-verified periodically, but are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or merchantability. A "verified" badge reflects specific dated checks described at /methodology; it is not an endorsement of any company and not a guarantee of product quality, capacity, solvency, legal or regulatory compliance, or business outcomes. Always perform your own due diligence before transacting.

3. Listings, claims and corrections

Listings are compiled from public information; inclusion is free and does not imply any relationship. Any listed company may correct or remove its facts free of charge via the correction page. Paid "claimed" listings receive the features described on the claim page; payment never affects ranking. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; their terms apply to billing. Claimed-listing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and lapse at the end of the paid period.

4. Billing, refunds & cancellation

Claimed listings are billed as a monthly subscription via Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Refunds: we refund your first charge in full if you request it within 14 days of that charge — email listings@ussupplierindex.com from the address used at checkout. Subsequent charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation: you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Lapse: when a subscription ends — by cancellation, expiry, or repeated payment failure — the verified badge and dofollow link are removed and the listing reverts to its free, facts-only form. 5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the Service at disruptive rates, misrepresent your affiliation with a listed company, or use the Service to send unlawful communications. Public facts remain public; attribution is appreciated.

6. Intellectual property

Company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the companies concerned (nominative fair use). The Service's own compilation, text and design are © 2026 US Supplier Index.

7. DMCA / takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email listings@ussupplierindex.com with the URL and the basis of your claim. We process valid notices promptly, and listed companies can always use the faster free correction path.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service is capped at the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any dealings between you and any listed company.

9. Binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and the Service each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Seat of arbitration: New Mexico, USA (remote/telephonic hearings available).

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
